Return Policy


Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and up-most concern. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure the items that we made meet your requirement. Try on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please take time to read our return policy carefully. You are recommended to contact our after-sale Customer Service first before returning or exchange an item and they will give your some useful advice. You can send an email to service@dresssure.com, we'll provide you with further instructions. All refund applications will be processed within 2 working days if it happens, but the shipping fee isn't included.


Returns Policy:
    1. Items Eligible for Return
    2. All returns must be made within 7 days from the date you received on delivery.
    3. Packaging Requirements
    4. Items returned should be unused, undamaged, with clothes tags but without peculiar smell or perfume, and in original wrappings.


Please also note:
    1. If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us to arrange for your return.
    2. Products which are not in the same conditions as they were delivered or which have been used beyond the mere opening shall not be returned or refunded.
    3. A return tracking number will be required for a safe delivery and standard shipping will be recommended.
    4. Buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. Please note that if returned parcel causes any import tax fee, we will be entitled to charge you for the direct cost or decline the return.
    5. Refund will be made using the same method you used to make payment. And either return or exchange will only be arranged when we confirm the products delivered back successfully.
    6. We do not accept return without reason or communication, otherwise we will charge the delivery fee and return processing fee.


Refund
    1. Full Refunds:
        We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer's own fault cannot apply for refund.
        All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.
    2. Partial Refunds:
        We also offer partial refund on returned items which have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get partial refund.


Exchange
    1. We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, and have all tags still attached
    2. It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size; we cannot exchange items for a different colour or a different item altogether
    3. Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once
    4. Merchandise must be returned in one package-we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times
    5. It is normal when the size error within one inch between our size chart and actual dress. Otherwise, the exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).
