Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the items that we made meets your requirement. Try your items on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase from dresssure.com, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days from the delivered date. The refund application will be approved in two days. Please contact customer service and ask for return to correct address.

Return Request:
• Items received within 15 days from the delivered date.
• Items received unused, undamaged and in original package.
• Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.

• Send the product along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:
• After we received your returning parcel info and tracking No,we will refund your money to your account within 7-15 working days

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance
Note: Items of intimate apparel, swimwear, jewelry, accessories can’t be returned or exchange.


2. Full Refunds
We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to quality inspection. Damage because of the fault of the third party or customer's own fault can not apply for refund.
And we offer full refund of the items if we miss to sent it out.


3. Partial Refunds
• We offer partial refund for the package which have some original parts missing.
• We offer partial refund for the package which damage or faulty during the transport process.
