Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and up-most concern. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure the items that we made meet your requirement. Try on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please take time to read our return policy carefully. You are recommended to contact our customer service first before return an item and they will provide you with further instructions. If you return it in private, we will not be able to accept your case, so you must contact us before returning the goods.

Returns Requirement
1.If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivered date. .Items returned should be unused, undamaged, with clothes tags and without peculiar smell like perfume, and in original wrappings.
2. If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us to arrange for your return.
3. Products which are not in the same conditions as they were delivered or which have been used beyond the mere opening shall not be returned or refunded.
4. A return tracking number will be required for a safe delivery and standard shipping will be recommended.
5. Buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. Please note that if returned parcel causes any import tax fee, we will be entitled to charge you for the direct cost or decline the return.
6. Refund will be made using the same method you used to make payment.All refund applications will be processed within 2 working days if it happens.And either refund or exchange will only be arranged when we confirm the products delivered back successfully.
7. Since our website’s items are free shipping all over the world,even if you return an item without quality issue,we will charge you $5 for each item,which is the shipping fee that our company assumed for customers.
8.You must put your printed order number information inside the parcel.(Simply go to My Account, click your Order History, select the right order number, and print it out).
9. Send it off. Affix your shipping label received from the shipping service to your package (making sure there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on it). Take down the return tracking number and send it to our service team,please send us email to [email protected]'ll email you once we process your return or exchange.
10.No matter what problem you argue about the item(size not suitable,quality problem,color or look not the same as it shown on our website),you need to contact our customer service first at [email protected] and send us some persuasive pictures of the item you received to prove the problem as you mentioned,after we check and confirm with our quality inspection colleague,we will give you a reasonable solution.

Exchange Policy
1. We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, and have all tags still attached.
2. It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size; we cannot exchange items for a different colour or a different item altogether.
3. Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once.
4. Merchandise must be returned in one package-we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times.
5. Please note that customers need to assume the shipping fee for send back and resend to them.
