After logging in, you can see My Account on the top right. You can go to Change My Profile to change your email address. you can change password and shipping information in the list of Change Password and Contact information.

1.what to do when I can't log in?
Please follow the instructions below:
• You can check if your login details and your login username is the email address which you have used for registration.
• dresssure.com system maintenance might cause a problem. In this case, please wait 30 minutes and try again.
• You need ensure that cookies from dresssure.com are accepted in your browser (Internet Explorer or others).
If the above methods still do not work, please contact our customer service. They will help you to resolve the issue.
TIP: If you're not certain whether the problem is with us or you, please test logging in with another set of computer, or try different browsers.
When you registered, you made a mistake which caused that you can't access your account, and you've never made any orders. You had better use the registration to sign up again for a new account using the quickest way.
2.What to do if you forget your password?
You may reset your password by clicking the "Forget password?" button on the sign in page. Then go to your email inbox, and reset your password.

As a rule, once the order has been made, the detailed information (e.g. the size, the color, the material, etc.) of the item is not allowed to change.

You have the picture of the product you want, you can contact our customer service at email@example.com with specific information (to confirm the material, color, size, etc.). With your confirmation, we can check whether we can make the item for you.

Firstly you should sign in, with the correct and the same email address and password as the one you have used to make the order. Then click the "My Account" button, and you can view your order status.

If you are satisfied with the item you have purchased, you just need to check out, and your order will be completed.
5.How do I choose the specifications of the item I want?
The best way is to contact our customer service to offer information for you. Also, when you want to check out, please go to your shopping cart and find the "add remark" button. You can leave a message to let us know if you have specific requests regarding an item such as size, color and so on. After receiving your order, we will call you or email you to verify your information.

How can I do the payment ?
There are different ways you can choose to pay at our website. You can choose Paypal, credit card and others.
1.How do I save on shipping?
International shipping is expensive, so we suggest our customers buy all things you need in just one order to minimize shipping fees.
If you can wait a little longer, please choose the standard shipping method, it will be much cheaper than express shipping.
2.What could cause an invalid tracking code?
The tracking information normally appears after 2-3 business days. If no tracking information updated after a long time, please contact our customer service, and we will contact the shipping company for you. You may also contact the shipping company by yourself.
3.How can I tell if my items have been shipped or not?
You should sign in first with the correct and the same email address and password as the one you have used to make the order. Then click the "My Account" button, and you can view if your items have been shipped.
4.What delivery companies do you use?
We only use safe and reputable delivery companies like DHL, ePacket, Postal Mail, etc.
5.Is there any additional fee?
For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fee, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax). However for some European countries, our customers may need to pay the duties or VAT according to your countries' levying rules.

Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

1.If I change my PayPal account, can the refund be sent to my new account?
If your PayPal account with which you paid your order is no longer available, please contact the PayPal customer service to reopen it. Then, please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number for a refund. Your money will be returned to your old PayPal account within 3 working days.

For bust size measure around your chest at the fullest point of your bra cup. Make sure to go under your arms, not around them!
Measure around the smallest part of your waistline with one finger between your body and the measuring tape.
Stand with your heels together, keeping tape straight and parallel to the floor. Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
2.If I order a wrong size ,what can I do?
You can send it back to exchange, however you are responsible for the shipping fee both ways. Usually the double shipping cost is more than the item price, so we strongly advise you to check the size information carefully when you make the order.
3.Can I see the dress in other colors?
Unfortunately we are only allowed to send or post pictures provided to us by the manufacturers of the dresses we sell. Not all colors of the dresses are pictured by the manufacturers and therefore all the pictures you see are the only ones we have available. Only thing you can try to do is find another dress by that same company called the same color and it will be the same depending on the fabric.
4.What if my dress is not available?
If your dress is not in stock and for some reason we can not order it , we will notify you and give you other options to choose from, or you can cancel your order. You can provide other of your favorite dress style pictures, and after confirmation, we will reply you as soon as possible.

Dresssure coupon code has a face value. You can redeem it for a discount when you purchase goods at dresssure.com.
2.How to Get a Coupon?
• You can get a tidestore coupon code outside of dresssure Website (e.g. from any of our promotional websites, and advertisement, etc.).
• All the new registered buyers will get a coupon code.
3.How do I use a coupon?
When you've chosen your items and are ready to check out, you’ll first go to the Shopping Cart page. Before submit your order, you will get the options to apply coupon code if you have. Please feel free to contact with our customer service if you meet any problems when using your coupon.
